As mentioned on our Home page, we were fortunate to have adopted our two wonderful children, Jules and Jessie, from Cambodia (in 1998 and 2001).
Our daughter Jessie, now 10, was in the last group of children adopted by American families, after a long, painful struggle with the INS (US immigration).
Since Dec. 2001, adoptions of Cambodian children by US families, as well as many other countries, have been suspended, with no end in sight. Many children are growing up in over-crowded orphanages, losing their chance at finding a loving adoptive family.
